My aunt moved in there almost a year ago. The property and all the management is top notch. My aunts apartment is perfect- all the modern conveniences of her own home, a private balcony perfect for seasonal flowers, butterflies and chairs to enjoy the day. Since moving in she has made many acquaintances, enjoys a variety of games and afternoons putting together puzzles. Her entire life has been brightened by moving here. We can’t thank Camillus Pointe enough!!! Keep up the good work.

My mother has lived at Camillus Pointe for 4 years now. It has been a perfect place to call home for her due to my father passing away and the house becoming too much to take on by herself. I read a previous review from someone regarding the increases. I cannot speak for this other person, but I can say that is absolutely not our experience. Yes, there are increases. That is just the way life works. Cost increases for businesses therefore consumer prices increase as well. Basic economics. My moms increases have been between 25 and 60 dollars so far. According to their market rent on their site, it’s showing 1385 for an apt identical to hers. This includes all utilities, even cable and internet which saves us about $400 a month. My mom has made a lot of friends there. This place has helped my mom in so many ways. Mentally- she has companionship with friends and support from other widows like her. Physically- it has been so much less work for her and makes day to day living easier. No more having to take care of the snow, or yard work, or going down to the basement to do laundry. She has a washer and dryer RIGHT IN HER APT. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone that is ready to get rid of the stresses of home owning while maintaining their independence. My mom is not in poor physical condition. She is overall healthy and fit, but she is no “spring chicken” either! I’m sure I always worry about her more that she does herself. Camillus Pointe and their staff (John the maintenance guy) go above and beyond for my mom. Thank you for everything you do!

Beware they increase your rent $50 - $75 each year after your first year but always give you the nice option to leave after one year. So in a few years you will be paying $2500 - $3000 for a small one bedroom apartment. The Town of Camillus should never allowed this company to build senior apartments on this land.

Love,love,love the large kitchen and pantry. Open concept to dining, living room. Washer/dryer in the bathroom. Best of all new friends, fun activities, busing to grocery stores and fun trips.
