Tons of stuff but probably the rudest (most rude?) Anyway the lady at the fabric counter should be cleaning the restrooms or a night time shelf stocker. I asked her to split the bill you would have thought I asked her run a marathon, she said no so I told her I didn't want any of it then.... she went and got a different checker and complained the whole way back to the back of the store loud enough that we could hear up front..... will not be back

I like Joann's. From fabric to jewelry making supplies to holiday decor, there's always something handy or cute and kitschy. The staff also has a lot of knowledge about sewing and crafts. Great to pick their brain.

One of the worst customer service experiences I had. Their excuse of "sorry we got new tech" only works for the first 5-10 minutes. They should have had a manager come over and take over the situation. I brought up a problem on the receipt that a 50$ coupon only took off 10$. They continued to show me where it said it took off the 50. Yes, it took of 50, but dissolved multiple sales but instead of resolving the situation they pass it on to another cashier. Worst experience in a Joanns. I've done customer service for over 10 years and I can do simple math. 151-50 does not equal 141. I know in general Joann's has a lack luster till system, but normally the cashier's and managers make sure you're not being robbed . Obviously they are being over worked and and under supported.
