Hands down one of my favorite bakers. I mostly tried their savory goods and I really liked their focaccia. This is a must try. I also prefer the jalapeno cheddar biscuit which is also pretty good. We also got the savory croissant which was pretty good as well and was over by 9:30 on a Friday. They usually have a queue so would recommend planning ahead. For sweet I only took the bran muffins which were okay. The cafe is good as well, I tried the cappuccino and the Americano and was on point with the food.

Sea Wolf it’s a fantastic place to come and indulge a gluten addiction. Their chocolate croissants are an obvious must try, but special shout-out to their savory croissants as well. The fillings seem to rotate pretty frequently. You’ve got to try the croissant brittle at least once. It’s like candy. And their chocolate oat cookie is divine! You really can’t go wrong. I recommend trying at least one of everything. Try to get there relativity early to beat a long line on the weekends. But even if there’s a line, it moves pretty fast, and it’s worth the wait. I like to pop into Old Salt next door to grab a bagel to munch while I wait. We make the drive over from Eastside because Sea Wolf is such a treat.

Sea Wolf Bakers make the best croissants in Seattle–I have been here many times, the croissant is always perfect, the overall experience always pleasant. I've had a few different bread and pastries at Sea Wolf, they are all pretty good, from baguette to focaccia to lye roll, and their special seasonal items. But every time I visited Sea Wolf, I simply couldn't not get a croissant. It hits the perfect spot in texture and flavor. The beautiful, flaky layers are strong enough to hold up nicely in hands, but crumble once you give it a bite, giving out inviting croissant aroma. The airy body has the right amount of bubbles, it feels neither too solid nor too hollow. They taste is rich and flavorful, but doesn't strike me as too buttery. It is my dream croissant come true. What puts Sea Wolf Bakers so much ahead of other places, is not just the best croissant but that they don't think too highly of themselves. They don't charge outrageous price for their premium quality and they don't condescend on people even though they sure know that they are damn good. They seem genuinely love making baked goods for everyone. A traditional butter croissant at Sea Wolf costs $3.85, tax included and tip free, that's just unheard of in Seattle–don't forget that's also the very best croissant too. I always had friendly and smooth service at Sea Wolf, and once it went so above and beyond that it was one of those rare moments when I felt that Seattle is really home now.

Continued to travel to the far reaches of metro Seattle to find the best coffee and pastries. Next stop was Sea Wolf Bakers in Fremont for their signature cinnamon buns. The cinnamon buns are a tad pricey at $7 but they are huge, more than enough to satisfy two people and possibly more. They have hard, crunchy, caramelized exteriors with soft, moist interiors laced with raisins and cinnamon. The cream cheese frosting is light and fluffy and not overly sweet. They only serve drip coffee from Brandywine Coffee roaster. A Cortado or Gibraltar would pair wonderfully with one of these creations (hint, hint). Highly, highly recommend you try this place if not already.

Hi Jimmy, we haven't signed a lease yet so plans aren't concrete... but we would LOVE to be a part of the Montlake neighborhood!
There's a free 30 minute spot right outside. And plenty of 2 hr spaces within a block or so. There is also a small lot between seawold and superbueno thats pay to park
