As long as you have an appointment the servicing here is super fast. If you show up randomly then you might be waiting a while. They have a good team and they move fast. I personally came in to trade out my snow tires for regular all season tires and they had me in and out in like 30 minutes. Better service than I got in California.

Tony was awesome from start to finish to return maintenance. Super helpful, got me the best price even with wheels they didn't have on their site. I had to go back a couple times for re-balancing due to manufacture flaws, but was really patient and didn't charge me anything. Thanks again Tony!

I was a bit dissapointed after going in for a tire repair and rotate and balance. They chipped the paint on 3 of 4 wheels in the same spot Im guessing the air chuck they use did it because its right at the valve stem on all 3 of the damaged wheels.

This team gets the job done! I was looking all over town for a certain type of BF Goodrich tires. Costco told me 6-8 weeks turn around. I spoke with the team at discount tire and they were on it! They said they would have the tires coming from out of state in 3-5 days. They arrived in 3 days and they got me a service appointment the next morning at 10am. Tony at the front desk was amazing and got me squared away. Very happy with the speed, follow through, and pricing. A+ experience!
