I have seen Kat (Kathryn) for 5 sessions now and she is amazing. She is such a skilled and intuitive massage therapist. She applied the perfect amount of pressure but also communicated with me through the session to ensure that I was comfortable or needed adjustments at any point. I felt like she just knew exactly what my body needed and went deep into the muscles and fascia that have been challenging me. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have seen and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I've worked with a few of their massage therapists there but most recently Sam. The experience was amazing. I went from extreme pain and no mobility or flexibility to feeling phenomenal in just two hours. Every member of their staff is amazing and would make sure your experience was great and you come out the door refreshed and feeling good, no matter how you go in. Heather has worked with my wife post-car accident and has taken her from an inability to walk due to damage to mostly functional in an hour. Will.alqays recommend this place.

The staff is friendly and inviting, the ambience is soothing and the level of care and attention given during the massage is second to none. Samantha gave me the BEST massage I’ve ever received and I left feeling like areas of tension that I’ve held in my body for years were melting away. Every massage with her is fully customized for you and she has this unreal ability to find and fix troubled areas even if you didn’t tell her about a problem.
