Ever since I was a little girl my dad would take me to this mall. Walking by this shop...I'd always see the most beautiful of dresses. I always dreamed of getting my dress here and I finally did! This shop was amazing the second I walked in. Jackie is the realest and most considerate consultant. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right dress and feel amazing in anything. She knows what she's doing and I appreciated her help 100% I wouldn't recommend any where else! ❤️😊

It was an overall good experience for first time wedding dress shopping, I thought I found the dress I wanted to get married in....until the end I don't want a train for my dress and I don't like the bustles at all and I explained that, but even after saying that a few time she continued to try different bustles and I found myself being slightly annoyed and I started disliking the dress more and more. Gorgeous shop, amazing dresses. Just frustrating at the end.

Jackie was awesome!!! She listened to my vision and pulled dresses for me, but also pulled dresses she thought would flatter my figure...she was so spot on!! Thank you for an amazing experience! Beyond the veil Bridal boutique is so inviting! I have been to three other bridal stores and there was absolutely no comparison! I felt like the most important person in the boutique!

I never write negative reviews, but Beyond the veil bridal has been such a negative experience for me. At first, when I found my dress, they were so kind and helpful. I absolutely LOVE my dress. It was an amazing experience and then after that, each visit and communication was a complete disappointment. When I came in for my first dress fitting, the seamstress was very rude and made insensitive comments about my body. Instead of trying to come up with something she could do to alter the dress, she said things like you need to lose weight and exercise and things like that. I was shocked that she said those things. Then they tried to double charge for the alterations. Eventually, they figured it out. They have been so disorganized with the move. Even though my first dress fitting was a negative experience, I scheduled my second, thinking it would be better. I took the seamstress’s advice and exercised with weights and cardio, hoping my dress fitting would go much better this time. It was even worse, first the seamstress came out with the wrong dress and had trouble finding mine. Once she found it, she realized she hadn’t done any alterations. That wasn’t even the worst part, I put it on and she made even more insensitive comments about my body, asking me if I gained weight and said it multiple times.I felt absolutely terrible and was crying so much. She then asked if I could come back later that day, so she could work on the bustle for the dress. I let her do that, but did not put the dress back on when I came back. I understand that sometimes our bodies change over time when getting ready for a wedding, but that is no excuse to make insensitive comments about a bride’s body. When I came to pick up my dress, I told the front desk lady about what had happened early that day with my second dress fitting. She felt horrible and told me that I looked beautiful and gave me a hug. I appreciate her and her kindness! I will be taking my dress elsewhere for alterations. Beyond the Veil Bridal has great dresses, but other than that, you can find better service elsewhere, especially in alterations!
