I have been a customer of Carmax for a long time. My first buy from them was 2002. This was our 7th purchase from them and the 4th state. With that said, this was my first dealing with their new hybrid store. This basically means that the sales people are cross-trained in multiple departments. They can appraise, sell, and do Finance and Insurance or F&I. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star rating is I spent 3 hours on Saturday doing paper work so that we could do the 30 minute express delivery that ended up over 75 minutes.

I had an amazing experience here! I scoured the area and they had best car for my budget. I was a first time car buyer and they made the process easy and painless. I don't think I've ever seen such a friendly and helpful staff anywhere.

Their pricing compared to others in the market is noticably higher. With that being said, they have great staff, wonderful cars, in great, unquestionable condition, and their process seems to take all the guess work out of the process. At the end of the day, I didn't end up purchasing here because I don't mind the extra leg work to save a few bucks. Worked with Jesus and he was super laid back, personable, and easy to talk with. Would highly recommend if you just want a smooth and easy car buying process.

First impression!! Wow! I’d love to come here just to feel important! 😂 These guys are BEYOND PROFESSIONAL. Make you feel good as soon as you step into the dealership! I have a car I want to trade in, and planning on getting a new one….definitely wanna buy a car from these guys!!
