Arriving at the hotel, walking to my room there was two old pizza boxes, a bag of garbage and a pile of dirty towels. That pile remained in the hallway for a day and a half. My hotel bathroom had hair from the previous guest, missing tile and extremely dirty grout on the bathroom floor. I could tell because the grout started clean on one side and gradually disgusting to the other side. The room itself was nothing like the photos, it was dark and dingy. The shower is overpowering and more time is spent containing the water in the shower than actually shower. Turning the shower off results in the pipe slamming around, I’ve seen better facilities in a public restrooms. During my checkout not once I was asked about my stay. For the price of $205 a night plus fees I would’ve expected a lot more. I paid for a clean, fully constructed room and did not get it.

First off, it's 4th of July weekend....but the hotel was a bit loud for my taste, we had people in the hallways running around after 1 am. Nothing like having the laundry door slam until about 2am. But it was ok, a bit overpriced, but this is a tourist trap town. Neat scenery that the hotel sat on. But average at best.

Very disappointed. Rooms and surroundings not clean. Trash waspresent outside the entrance door for the two nights and three days we stayed. The room and corridor carpets looked ancient and dirty. Breakfast supplies ran out by 8am and there was no restocking. No apologies. The front desk person from Colombia was friendly and efficient.

Extremely overpriced. The room was small and cramps and totally not worth $250 for one night. Then I spoke with other guests that only paid 100 a night. Very unhappy and very unfair especially to people working trying to make a living and having to give all their wages for a hotel stay. Corporate should be ashamed!
