There isn't much to say about a car wash, I guess. My car is clean when I leave whether I hand wash in a bay or go through the touchless lol. I prefer touchless so my car isn't scratched or beat up and then I park and hand dry. What I can speak to is when car washes like this malfunction be sure to have the phone number with you (its posted all over, even in the bays) I've never been stuck in the wash or anything, but the machines have taken my money. When you call the customer service number they show all the way up! They pull up and help or they send you codes for the free washes and things like that :)

Went to auto wash it scratched my rim worker was there when machine went crazy it’s been a week no call back from this company yet do not go there

Never actually cleans your car. I feel like a garden hose would get more dirt off than this. Basically only good for salt removal in a pinch during winter.

The place was clean I chose the 2nd stall and there was no pressure. I saw an employee cleaning up and told him, he told me to move to stall 4 and refunded my money. Over all I was happy with this business I suggest u bring u your own quarters the machine gives tokens only.
