The apartments are spacious and very reasonably priced. Kate, in the front office, is helpful and very pleasant whenever I need to speak with her. Kate is professional and clearly knows what’s best for the tenants and the complex.

It was suppose to be a temporary living quarters, but due to medical problems we've had to stay longer. It turned out that this location was central to all the necessary doctors in Westminster, Columbia and Arbutus, as well as our church and all necessary shopping and dining. We have had a positive experience with office staff, maintenance, and neighbors. There is a positive standard of expectation for residents. The staff enforces rules related to quiet hours and other general considerations. The apartments are well insulated. We have saved a lot on electricity since moving here. Water is included in rent which is also a big savings. It is great to have several parks within walking distance and mature trees on property. I would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, quiet, and happy place to live.
