The girls that work here are nice although often seem distracted. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional and not easy to deal with. While the place has nice resources, I wouldnβt support this woman.

Mid-Atlantic Gymnastics is the best! Our kids (4&5) love it here. Teresa is amazing and does everything to accommodate parents and make it the best place for the kids. Thereβs plenty of staff and theyβre all excellent with kids and helpful with shy kids. There was even a time when another child wasnβt being kind to mine during a class and they handled it perfectly. They do different activities each class and we highly recommend their sessions!

Our daughter has been in the Tiny-Ts class for a few seasons now and absolutely loves it! I love that even the Mommy & me class has the kids go through all of the events in a fun obstacle course. Having taught littles gymnastics in the past, I am a huge proponent of all kids taking classes if not to be a gymnast, to learn to train their bodies which helps in any physical activities they want to tackle. The routine of the class is perfect for her age and she loves Miss Theresa! Love the vibe of this gym and am excited to see what the older classes are like in the future π

We have been coming for years and my daughter loves it. She's almost a different person here - very self assured, confident, and I love seeing that side of her and knowing that it's due to the staff and her comfort level. We've taken both ninja and traditional gymnastics classes and she loves ninja. It's a very active class and the instructors are constantly changing the set up to provide a variety of movement and courses. The owner is amazing - very responsive and very organized. She's quick to respond to questions and concerns.

$100-165 for an eight week session depending on the length/size of the class you choose + $30 registration fee per school year. Private classes (1-3 students) I believe are charged per class
