Ken is an awesome man. He has helped me for 4 years with my boat and gear. There has never been a problem that he couldn't fix and my family is honestly so thankful. You're the man Ken.

These guys are awesome! I had a boat passed down to me from my grandfather and it had a Chrysler 130 outboard however these guys don't work on Old School outboards but I was having a problem with it overheating and they told me exactly what the problem is and exactly how to fix it and I was able to fix it these guys were great I needed parts they searched high and low until they found the parts I needed to get my outboard running they will also give you advice on the best way to install the new parts and they will also tell you things that you don't need to change and things that you are going to want to change like I said before these guys are awesome.

This store has bad customer service. I ordered a special part from the store. The manager said it would come in 3 days without any verification but it took 2 weeks instead. I had no complain about that. Other than that, the service is very bad. The clerk received me while I picked up the order. I was confusing at the store since there are 2 extra parts I didn't have impression I paid for and didn't want to take them as well since I found my old parts. So I asked the clerk to confirm if it is paid. The clerk checked and said it was coming together and already paid so I took them together. The second day the manager called me and asked to give them the credit card for $25 in a very bad attitude like I stole the stuff. I felt very insulted and asked the clerk to clarify. The clerk was pretty good, clarified and apologized but the manager still had the bad attitude and not willing to apologize at all. I feel insulted. $25 is a small money but discrimination and customer satisfactory is a big thing. I hope they can improve their services in the future.

BEWARE. Avoid this shop at all cost. My Yamaha went 26 miles an hour before cascade, and 9 miles an hour after. The motor would stall when trolling, that's all I wanted him to fix I paid $500 for his inability to provide a service that he said he could. His words were ran good here I don't know what is wrong maybe the cdi is bad. I took my boat to another shop and there was another person there with the same story. I will never take my boat there even if he was the backyard mechanic. I think he should refund my money.

I agree... We have zero experiance with boats but bought one... He has helped us not only fix the little thing wrong at first, fix it when we hit a rock, but educated us and shared his knowledge for free in abundance! Awesome place! We trust him
Cascade marine center has mercury motors which beats Yamaha hands down in any category
I would not trust this business. The customer service is one of the very worst I've ever experienced.
