Service was excellent. Staff was friendly. 1 star is because it is NOT a Starbucks Reserve anymore. I went to this Starbucks hoping to buy a Starbucks Reserve mug or tumbler. I asked the barista where the Starbucks Reserve merch was, and she answered that they weren't selling any because it wasn't a Starbucks reserve anymore.

Was in the LA area taking care of some business on an early Saturday afternoon & decided to stop at this "Reserve" location on the drive home. I was hoping to get something unique I haven't tried yet but the menu had so many items marked as sold out which was a letdown. I guess the supply shortage is still very relevant? I noticed they did still have available the Iced Hazelnut Bianco Latte which I've had several times out in Palm Springs. I've always enjoyed it out there but that's because it's always tasted good out there. This was a very subpar version of what I've had before. It really just tasted like a weak hazelnut latte. Weak in hazelnut & coffee flavor. My two star rating of this place is for my drink being a letdown as well as the staff definitely not being the most friendly Starbucks staff I've encountered. They weren't really rude just not welcoming & no real service. Also inside the food display case I saw several flies just flying around. They are located on the corner of Sunset & Mohawk St. Adjacent to Chipotle & The Habit. Parking lot is in the back/side & shared with these as well as other businesses. I found parking right away but it is LA so it was pretty busy. If you've never been to a Reserve location, the interior is much more impressive & design forward than the usual Starbucks, but not as impressive as a Reserve Roastery like in Seattle. It did look like they used to have two individual coffee bars in use before (pre-covid). The whole place kinda seems like that. Like a business just barely opening up or on the other side, closing down. There were a good amount of both inside & outside seating available. Based on this experience I do not plan on going back here. I enjoy Starbucks but they are at least a dime a dozen. Cheers!

Nice Starbucks with high ceilings and a nice classy decor. They have select coffees that aren't offered in normal Starbucks. They also have different brewing methods and "experiences." If you're a coffee lover you'll be into it. I'm a casual coffee drinker so I couldn't fully appreciate it. Service is good and my coffee drink was very good.

It (Starbucks) does offer free parking behind the establishment but if it's around rush hour early in the morning or afternoon, the chances of you finding an empty parking space are slim to none. So the next best place to park would be on the (Fire Department) side of Mohawk, which is actually on the side of Starbucks. Either way, there's handicap access just about everywhere and a short walk if you can't find parking in the back.
i think it varies depending on which manager is working but by 5:30, they can open the doors.
They work. Social distancing and food and drinks are to-go only.
