We have been renting from All Rents for years, we don't know what we would do without them for our needs and in our community! Always a joy to work with, their equipment and tools are clean and work properly, great staff and always there to help. They are big supporters throughout or Counties and Schools, they are a MUST HAVE asset to our community. Good job and I thank you for always being there for us.

Would not rent from again. The lady at the desk was extremely rude. Service tech was good thou and the delivery driver as well ...The equipment had multiple issues and I communicated that with the owner operator . I was told there was nothing that could be done for the weekend because they were closed and that they would work it out with me an fix the problem monday no big deaI .. i was satisfied with that reasponse even thou i lost hours of work and an money paying people to do the exact thing I had rented there machine to do because of a deadline that had to be met. Now when Monday came around the lady at the desk said there would be nothing worked out with me an I would have to pay even more for the rental... I was astonished at the way they had bamboozled me an went back on there word. When I asked questions as to why or what reasons there chrgeing me additional fees for a faulty piece of machinery I got nothing but hostility an attitude from the woman at the desk. When I asked to speak with a manager she said I am the. " manager an owner operator " .. at this point I was blown away by this whole situation. How could this person run there business like this ? How can they treat there customer's like this ? Wow. I then decided to pay all my additional fees an be done with the situation. Never will I do business with them again.

Had tables and chairs delivered to permitted beach wedding. They were on top of having my order EXACTLY as I asked. Also, (and I was sure to do so weekS prior to the event) they were fine with me calling in to change (reduce / add to) my order a little. When I got into town I asked a few questions, they showed me around, and I was able to rent a couple other things from them that helped me out a lot. They were very helpful to an out of towner, and allowed me to put in a small amount of labor where I have the experience / ability to do so, which helped a little with cost.
