Ordered a pizza tonight with 3 sides of bleu cheese. Pizza toppings were incorrect and there was no bleu cheese. We called and Marks agreed to remake our order. Two hours later we called to ask where our food was and they forgot about it. They finally brought our pizza but forgot the bleu cheese again. Don’t order delivery from this location.

Open the box and my jaw dropped. Since when did the Buffalo chicken look like this?! Chicken fingers, different flavor, not shredded chicken, and not thick pizza either. Half a bite and threw the rest out unfortunately. There was a time where Marks had one of the Best Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizzas in Rochester. I would originally get it at the Monroe Ave location, even the slices. But in the past 3/4 years the changes they made hasn’t helped. Very disappointed & would not get again or recommend
