I went in with my brother to get fitted for rental tuxedos for our brother wedding. Unfortunately the employee who helped us was dressed very unprofessionally for a men's fashion store. He did not seem to put any real effort into getting our measurements right. On the day before the wedding all the groomsmen's tuxedo's did not fit but we were told that we basically had to live with it. I will never be going to men's warehouse again.

We went to get my boyfriend a nice outfit for an event he had to attend...it was so busy, we were there about 20 minutes and no one even addressed us. I get that it's prom season, but we are in our 40s and would have liked at least to be helped

Worst experience I have ever had in any store ever. I was yelled at and told “everyone knows that” by Lanie. My tux was late and everyone else is the wedding had theirs. I never received an email and had to call every day leading up to the wedding. Furthermore, I was given a 4xl shirt with my xl vest , when John said he checked everything over. When I called back about it he told me he was going to hang up on me, refused to give me a corporate number or a managers name and told me to go to a different store if I wanted to be treated better. I will never go to Men’s Wearhouse again.

I have to say when it comes to customer service Liana & James were top notch. They went above and beyond to help me out. The whole crew that was working this evening was incredible big thank you to Liana, James, Ally, and Lanie.
