I wish I could give a zero. I was treated so poorly today while getting fluids for dehydration at 14 weeks pregnant. The nurses were so rude, talked down to so many patients, including myself. I wouldn’t never recommend to anyone. A nurse named Marlene blew out 3 of my veins and then took off and didn’t even come to check on me. A different nurse had to. Never once checked on me when I hit my call bell, wouldn’t bring me my discharge papers. And a nurse named Katlynn made a statement saying “always you pregnant ladies coming in for fluids like we have time”. I was so embarrassed. Never again will I go here. They do not care about anyone pregnant, elderly, sick, babies, nothing. They treat everyone so poorly. Doesn’t help they talk so bad ab their patients as loud as they can. Such disgusting behavior.

Horrible staff. My friends infant was in the hospital in an emergency situation and they would not allow me to go back with her as support. Instead she had to be alone with miserable rude staff. I was told I could not wait in the waiting room and when I said “so I have to go sit in my car?” They said well you don’t have to sit out there you can just leave. Just shocking! They could not even give her a reason as to why I was not aloud in. Because they do not actually have one. We’re almost 3 years out of the covid plandemic and hospitals are still getting away with protocols that negatively affect patients physically and mentally. Sickening. Do better

My daughter just brought my 2 year old granddaughter for bloodwork and xrays per orders from Waterville Pediactrics. My granddaughter tested positive for covid several days ago. She has had a cough and low grade fever and the last few days her cough has gotten worse. She has a double ear infection and the Dr wants the xrays and bloodwork to check for Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome. Once the receptionist at Inland realized My granddaughter had tested positive for covid shecwas extremely rude to my daughter and made her leave the building with my sick grandchild. This is unacceptable!! She is well past the 5 day mark and even if she wasn't....hospitals are supposed to be for treating the sick.. especially a sick child. My daughter is upset enough about her child being sick and then to get treated like this in a health care facility...shame on all of you!! This will not be the last you hear from this!

First, I want to say overall the birthing unit is wonderful. However I did feel sometimes like I was being smothered, this wasn't my first child and I knew what I was doing. I made a point of politely saying so but I don't feel like I was being heard. Fast forward to my 6 week post check up, the doctor was more concerned with talking to me about my vaccine status than what I was there for. I had some concerns about how I was feeling and he dismissed them. I had previously made it clear about my vaccine status and that I did not want to discuss it again, I even watched a medical assistant write it in my chart at an appointment. I know the doctor knew how I felt about it and he still chose to harass me about it. I was polite about it at first but he didn't back off until I started to get angry about it. If I ever need future OB care I will never return to that hospital and I will never recommend it.

Call the hospital
Please call to confirm
It is not open, and he cannot leave and go back. I would suggest he bring snacks. The staff is amazing and did offer to get me something.
Yes they have food
I would visit medical records and ask
Because they only have one culinary staff shift. Based on customer census that, and being a smaller hospital it would not be a productive move financially to have a fully staffed cafeteria after 4:00PM weekdays or to have the cafeteria opened on weekends for a hand full of visitors.
Yes there is a guest wifi
Just to the left of the hospital's main entrance in the medical arts building.
