They got shut down for code violations awhile back maybe they haven't reopened yet , they got shutdown the last day I was there
I keep calling or go in if it is important. Managers are sometimes on the front lines and miss the calls. No excuse though. They should answer the phones.
Go inside and speAk to the manager then ask for somebody that can make a change
They messed up my order 4days ago and i been calling to have them replace my whole order but got no response by phone for days
Minimum staffing with high customer traffic makes answering the phone low on the priority list. I suggest calling within the first hour they open. That should increase your chances of talking to an employee.

They only have like 3 employee there and the restaurant have a drive thru They are very very busy
