Why is it, not one cook, grill person in any waffle house knows what "limp" bacon is, don't cook it till it is stiff and breaks at the first touch?

I expressly said LIMP bacon when I ordered it

They are all taught to cook everything exactly to the company standard. If you want something special just ask for it.
