No, but there's a store across the street from the Wine & Spirits Store that's nextstore to Rite Aid call New Dollor Star, LLC they use to be near Mr. Wings & the Metro PCS, but moved nextstore acroos the (Wildwood) street to the Shine Beauty Hair Supply store on East Baltimore Avenue. They have a key grinding machine now & it's only $1.75! Surprisingly the ATM fee only cost exactly the same too! ATM fee is $1.75! The key grinding machine located left of the register counter, left of the store near the front of the last aisle is where they have a shelf for ballons. The ATM is to the right of the lotto register counter. A sharp left when entering on the very end & where they have shelf for holiday gifts, clocks & purses. Near the last humongous window. 🔑👌😁
