We want to stay at a hotel in Manhatten close to the pickup point so we can walk. Can you tell me the vicinity of the pick up point or an intersection, landmark or address would be even better.

Hi Deborah! The pickup point is on the North East corner of East 13th Street and 4th Avenue in the Union Square area of Manhattan. That's about a mile way from midtown and a mile and a half away from the Times Square area. The closest hotel to the pickup point is literally diagonally across the street.
