Yea, it makes sense to give the number of the hotel. If Macy's does call, the hotel people can look up your room number and transfer it to you.

Use the phone number for the hotel where you will be staying. That should circumvent the problem. Enjoy our city!

Phone number is just so they can contact you if you don't pick the order up. Just go ahead and put in the phone number of your hotel

Maybe your phone is from another country and this is the reason is not accepting.
