did my reservation this morning 6/27/21for today til tuesday. my husband uses an oxygen tank and can't walk up stairs hope the room will be a ground floor. I see check in isn't until 3p is there any chance to check in earlier. Please. Thank you

I didnt notice a room number when I booked it how do I find out that answer. I have a confirmation. Where do I go to find that out. Been trying to call no one answer's the phone.
