Seems like everytime I go the lobby is empty so I don't know what the Covid practices are. But the manager almost always takes my order. He is very friendly and courteous. I prefer hot food and he makes sure it's fresh. That's why it's the only Hardee's I go to on the Peninsula
All the employees ware a mask and they are still polite.
