I have to ditto that they are bad at windows... so what if you no the owner.. and I did make a complaint.. and they are still bad at windows..

Thing is you pay for a service and expect a good service the 1st time around a do over is not an example of good service. Keeping in mind these places have several people working as fast as they can why are we so hard on people as if everything we do is perfect. Just mention to the owner so they can correct it give them a chance to correct it.
Good place for a car wash but not a great car wash .
