Can you night fish on your boat anytime or do they have a time limit and dose it cost to Launch My boat At this place

I'm there all the time. There is no launch fee. And you can fish there all night long

I did not see any gates to get into the parking lot. So I believe you can come and go at any time. As far as fishing at night I would check whatever rules are for the Susquehanna and for the PA Fish commission.
