We've never been to this port but driving here for cruise on 10/27/2018. Is the parking close enough to Ruby Princess departure terminal to walk with luggage or should we drop luggage then park?

Yes all the above is right. We had a group so some of us were dropped off with the luggage. Then they parked the car it was easy
