Ralph B park is the safest in the neighborhood. There are always families there and I bring my kids there to ride their bikes all the time.

I think maybe you mean, "is this place scary?" Not scary at all. I come here by myself all the time. I lie down on a blanket with my eyes closed and don't have to worry about anything bad happening to me.
