NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE AIRPORT , YOU CAN SMOKE OUTSIDE OF THE AIRPORT...AT YOUR DISCRETION...
I know this is an old question, but wanted to correct the record There is a smoking lounge in Terminal C. I see it every time I am in that airport. I fly SW Air, so I’m certain that it is Terminal C. It might be a bar with smoking, I can’t recall, but I’m positive there is a place for smokers in that terminal. (It reeks....just follow the odor :) You can always check with a site called Smokers United too.

They closed the smoking lounge/bar that used to be in the c terminal. Now you have to go outside and back thru security.. :(
You have to go completely outside and check back in again.
You can smoke in Terminal C.
There is most likely a smoking lounge in Terminal C, but if not, you'll have to exit the airport and check back in
There are booths somewhere I don’t remember where that you can go smoke in
