Is this a free activity center like a park? Or how much does it cost?

Its great. The splash pad doesnt open until 12 I think.

It's free, like a park! There's an older kids' playground across the street a ways (Bernie Fisher) and from the splash pad, you can walk by the creek for some nice wading and picnic areas. There's a bathroom onsite, but no changing tables. Water runs noon to 8pm.
