There is no boating there. Can rent canoes or kayaks at Norrie Point in Staatsburgh, about 15 minutes north of Morgan Lake Route 9
Not sure if boating is allowed at Morgan lake.

I believe that they do not allow boating on the lake as it is a joining a golf course. Fishing From the side is fine.
