Since covid this has been a regular occurrence. However from what I can ascertain 1st and 2nd shift have a full crue. Mostly anyway. Third shift if another story. Skeleton crew im assuming. So the line needs the personel to operate without the door drawing from optimal service. I go there every day sometimes twice to get coffee that's all I can say
Not sure on that one. Not sure who owns that McDonald's. That's interesting. I would guess that a corporation does in this area. The first McDonald's I worked for was owned by a family, in Paradise, CA. You could ask the managers. I'm sure there is a process of some kind. They're usually very self-conscious about customer feedback.
