Is it me or does their customer service suck?Out of ten times( I live close and love the pizza) they will mess something up 8 times. Either they forget to put the pizza in or forget to make half the order and on top of it all they have nasty attitude
Jim's steak customer survive stink very argumentative. Sweating on the grill all i wanted was onion peppers tomato s on a cheese steak they start snapping o thought y'all sold the food I would have the customer any thing any how any Tim the object is
I ordered cheese steak from here friday to pick i got home an did not get what i wanted i call an spoke to young black lady she had a attitude an customer service is very bad i call 6 time .she told me to call Saturday at 4pm .i rated you as very bad
