The fine print of Delaware's Tobacco21 bill, which just went into effect, requires that all tobacco products shipped use an adult signature required shipping option. That has increased the cost of shipping by about 400% unfortunately. We fought this legislation very hard, specifically the shipping restriction language. You can still order from any company outside of DE without that shipping option, depending on the laws in that companies state.
