Why can't my order every be right. The coupons are useless, they are never deducted from my order and I am always overcharged. The only thing good is the restaurant is clean.

I agree with Theresa. Everytime I get delivery from this McDonalds I am always missing items. And you cant blame the delivery drivers because they can't open the bags to make sure items are there. The McDonald's employees need to get their act straight if they want business because I order from other places and I get everything I order.
