My guess is that this is not used as a rental venue as there are 11 Production shows going on in there during a year's time. I know that Electric City Playhouse in Anderson is available as a venue. Even better is the McFalls Landing Clubhouse on Broadway Lake. It is a beautiful place and it's only $175 which includes furniture. It is operated by Anderson County.
