Thats what they do. Esp the one in Berea. They are SO rude an NOTHING is EVER on the buffet PLUS the bathrooms are SO disgusting. The employees have No interest in customer service at ALL. I have stopped going to KFC an I'm also encouraging my friends an family not to go there too. Hire SOME PPL WHO ACTUALLY CARE AN NOT SIT AROUND BEING LAZY. THEY DONT CARE HOW it WAS run.... An yet these ppl want 15 an hour!? Lol more like .50 cents an hour. Better yet, give them what they WORK for......NOTHING. POS KFC.
I agree 100%, terrible customer service is becoming WAY too common EVERYWHERE you go now! It's unprofessional, rude, and just plain unnecessary! They don't care about children, elderly, or any type of ppl who may be struggling who are in need of food! SO sad what this world has come to!
Im not familiar with this KFC.but, the one on 28 bypass in Anderson has good food & the restraunt is pretty clean ,even the bathrooms. At least everytime ,I've been in there. Usually friendly service too!
Not to mention the food has been so nasty that I can't even stand the smell of it anymore. Plus went in one day and the back was ankle deep with trash. It's a shame that place put Roddy's out of business. It would be nice to have some real fried chicken.
Pelzer KFC SUCKS!!They give you half of your order,hard bread!!!Then when you call to explain they catch an attitude.Ugh..Just throw that WHOLE restaurant away!!Next time I'm contacting corporate
