Olivia is absolutely right.
If it is for a special event such as an afternoon tea then yes you do. The owner usually prefers at least a days notice for couples but like a week for more than 6. He's very nice about it though and for large parties he'll make sure that the space you need is there. Other wise reservations are unneeded. They handle walk-ins all the time.
