You people are ridiculous, she's obviously not asking a question. This is a complaint and she filed it the only way she knew how. Yes, this place has horrible management. Yes, this place is a gamble between mediocrity and terrible. There is no great experience here, it's simply ok or devastating. I urge everyone to avoid this place like the plague. You'll regret it and think back to this answer and wish you would have listened. I made the same mistake, please don't roll the dice like I did, you'll lose.
