When you go there they do not tell you that any of their packages are non refundable. They do not spend very much time taking care of your dog. Everyone was sitting around when we came back. They didnt give us a tour of the place or anything.

This is a dog daycare not a child one. Dogs are pretty self sufficient and don't need to be "cared for" but supervised, which they are, and kept safe, which also occurs. I was given a tour on orientation day and all of my questions and concerns were answered and acknowledged.

I think you meant to put this in the review section, not the questions. I'm not sure what you mean by "taking care of your dog". They put the dogs together to play and then supervise them. The staff is wonderful and they love dogs. I'm sure they'd have given you a tour if you asked.

I read about the non refundable part in the folder they gave me. I asked for a tour and got one. Maybe you were there when they were really busy in the morning?
