If a senior citizen has a fixed income and moves into Shady Creek Apts. and the dominum company can raise rent anytime than why would a dishonest company want to rip off senior citizens

As I know a Property can't even think of raising the Rent until a year goes by and it's time to renew a Lease. I would hope that the reason they keep their occupants/tenants is due to knowing their on a set income. I hope Dominion wouldn't do want your writing. Have a great day. Besides most are about money. That's what's wrong with this Country is creed. Other Countries as well. It's not going to get better, but we can Pray for them. Hope for compassion.

Hoping the Wilhoit Property management will strive more than Dominium, when take over first took place it was over 3 weeks before the grass was ever tended to. The pool is still closed, they can reduce rent if it remains closed! Step UP new managers, listen to the paying residents and show improvements in every area. Please do whatever it takes to keep horrible cigarette odor OUT of units for the residents that do not smoke! It reeks horribly awful from under the sink in my bathroom, unit next to mine 2 people live there in a one bedroom that smoke an enormous amount, also it smells up my closet with stale smoke odors, no barrier between units overhead, the crawl space up above needs to be fixed so the adjacent unit can not Smell the nasty odors from smokers. I deem it as nearly unlivable conditions. Sure never thought of that happening, after moving in it reeked in just a short week in unit I rent. At least a section should be designated for Non smokers to rent.

They don't care about their residents only tge money. I have family that lives there and they have already raised it 2 or 3 times in the last three years. Its not right. They claim the "quality of living" has gone up, but I live in the area and it's the same that its always been.
