There are healthy choices available.
It depends what you order. We usually order chicken or veggie fajitas and ask them to cook with no oil...dry grill. And instead of chips we eat corn tortillas or a sliced bell pepper with salsa. When I go by myself, I order the La Flaca salad without dressing and then I use salsa for dressing. Ordering that way, we feel like it's about as healthy as you can get when eating out.
