Are these pies suitable for vegetarians? Does the pie dough use lard or some other fat like butter or shortening?

McOwens World You're asking about dough right? It's a super flakey dough & this is what makes it a "Truly" a one of a kind. It possible the fat that's used in the dough could be Crisco or some other type fat & would be plant based. I don't think butter is us used in the dough. I'm sure they could make a true veggie filling if asked to. Btw these pies are worth one cheat day.kind.
