I eat there every morning and the food is good and the staff is as friendly as can be. It's been my experience that most negative comments are from a disgruntled ex worker, or a friend of a disgruntled ex somebody or other.
Unfortunately, some people's standards of cleanliness are lower than others. I have never been in this location when I could say it was entirely clean. A lot of that is because of the age of the place; you simply can't map your floors and make it make a lot of difference when you've got old tiles. Other stuff, though, is preventable. Tables are regularly sticky. Spills are often left for too long around the drink machine. The bathrooms almost always stink, even directly after a 'cleaning'. Food supplies are not ordered well in the rear kitchen, leading to longer than normal make times and long lines at the drive-thru. The staff is friendly. The management just simply doesn't care about doing more than the bare minimum, and they make their store look bad because they don't want to work.
I assure that we don't work there and know no one that works there. Call the health department and see for your self. This is now 2021. The health department did come in and the place is bug free. When I'm in the area we stop in for breakfast. Our main problem was and still is the mobile phone and. Can't seem to get a hot order.
