Hi Joel - they have a couple of contract options, including month to month. It's a pretty typical gym membership contract. Read it before you sign and ask the manager questions!

You have to sign a contract each year and there's no way to get out of it if you stop going to the gym so you have to keep paying until that year is up

You can pay month by month.
