They r close monday to Saturday at 12.30 am...and on sunday they close at 11.30 pm

Ross in Richardson on Plano Rd. is open until 9 or 10pm on a ordinary day and 11-12 midnight during Christmas Holiday
It really depends upon the area you live in...in My area it opens late around 11 pm or sometimes even late...
