They have hours for generator use, but it's supposed to be off after ten I believe. We were there in the early spring and it was easy to get a spot Thursday morning.
generally, easy to get a spot during morning ... can fill up before evening depending on the day. But as the park campgrounds now fill so fast, it is gradually getting filled up faster and faster, but I would expect that you will be fine.
