Katya, it may have been a busy time and its hard in covid. You don't have to but I'd say you should give them another chance some other time. Also, not to be rude but it does make it easier if you put comments like this in the comment section instead of with the questions.
Being a Holiday weekend I'm sure they were swamped. Try contacting them during the weekday at non peak times. I'm sure you could get a hold of a manager.
