Me and my father live there and they have a wait lost for hookups bit there are $300/m dry spots that are good!!
They have something called dry spots. There is a waiting list for actual hookups. They have a lot of long term residents. We used a tent there for a bit.
hey i do not recommend the herons nest trailer park at all. they are very trashy and overall a very unheathly place to live
