Since i did not get an answer the first time i will ask again. What do you do about hostile work environment that i have personally witnessed on at least three visits?

Have u contacted A&W or parent company with your concerns?

Maybe talk to the owner?

I haven't witnessed it myself, not saying it doesn't happen, but I haven't seen it.

Not sure what there is you can do about it other than complain to management.
